How do I create an account?

Download the SoccerLogics app from the App Store, tap "Sign Up", and follow the prompts to create your account. You can sign up with email/password or use Google Sign-In for quick access.

How do I set up my player profile?

After creating your account, you'll be prompted to set up your player profile. Enter your name, position, height, weight, and other details. You can manage multiple player profiles if you're a parent tracking multiple children.

Is SoccerLogics free to use?

Yes! SoccerLogics offers a free plan with core features including game tracking, basic statistics, and team collaboration. Premium features like AI Coach and advanced analytics are available through our paid subscription plans.

How does the AI Coach work?

The AI Coach uses GPT-4 Vision to analyze videos of your training sessions and games. Simply:

1. Navigate to the AI Coach section in the app
2. Upload a video of your training or game
3. Our AI analyzes your technique, positioning, and movement
4. Receive personalized feedback and actionable recommendations

How do I track my training sessions?

Go to the Training section and tap "Add Training". Select the type of training, duration, and exercises performed. The Hours Engine automatically tracks your total training time and calculates your training points.

How do I log game statistics?

Tap "Games" in the menu, then "Add Game". Record details like opponent, score, your playing time, goals, assists, and other stats. You can also add notes about your performance.

What is the Hours Engine?

The Hours Engine tracks all your soccer activities in one place - training sessions, games, scheduled practices, and library drills. It calculates your total time investment and provides insights into your training patterns.

How do I create a team?

Go to the Teams section and tap "Create Team". Enter your team name, add a team photo, and invite players or coaches by email. As the team owner, you can manage members and assign roles.

What are team roles?

Teams have four roles: Owner (full control), Manager (administrative access), Coach (can view and manage training/games), and Member (can participate and view team data). Roles determine what features each person can access.

Can parents track multiple children?

Absolutely! One account can manage multiple player profiles. Switch between profiles from the settings menu to track each child's soccer journey independently.

How do I upgrade to a paid plan?

Go to Settings > Subscription and select the plan that works for you. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store, so you can easily upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iOS device, find SoccerLogics, and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This action is permanent and will delete all your data within 30 days. Make sure to export any data you want to keep before deleting your account.

The app is running slowly or crashing

Try these steps:

1. Force close the app and restart it
2. Check for app updates in the App Store
3. Restart your device
4. Ensure you have a stable internet connection
5. Clear app cache in Settings

I forgot my password

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password". Enter your email address and we'll send you instructions to reset your password.

My data isn't syncing

Make sure you're connected to the internet. If the issue persists, try logging out and logging back in. Your data is stored in the cloud and should sync automatically when you reconnect.
