By accessing or using the SoccerLogics mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SoccerLogics provides a comprehensive soccer tracking and analytics platform that includes:

• Player performance tracking and statistics
• AI-powered coaching feedback using GPT-4 Vision
• Team management and collaboration tools
• Training session logging and analytics
• Hours engine for activity tracking
• Game and tournament management

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Violate or encourage others to violate the rights of third parties
• Post or transmit any harassing, threatening, fraudulent, or obscene content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Create accounts by automated means or under false pretenses

5. Subscription and Payment

Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees for the subscription tier you select
• Automatic renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Price changes with 30 days notice

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by SoccerLogics and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial use only.

You retain ownership of the content you upload to the App, but you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content to provide the service.

7. AI Coach and Video Analysis

Our AI Coach feature uses GPT-4 Vision technology to analyze uploaded videos. By using this feature:

• You confirm you have the right to upload and analyze the videos
• You understand AI analysis may not be 100% accurate
• You agree that AI feedback is supplementary and should not replace professional coaching
• Uploaded videos are processed securely and are not shared with third parties

8. Team Features

When using team collaboration features:

• Team owners and managers are responsible for managing team membership
• All team members must comply with these Terms
• Team data is shared among team members according to their role permissions
• Team owners may remove members at any time

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoccerLogics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
